Auto Pay Setup 2

HOW TO SETUP AUTO-PAY

      • Adding a Bank Account & Setting Up Auto Pay

         

        Select the Pay Your Rent menu button & then Pay with Bank Account

         

        Next, select the Click here link to add a Payment Account

         

        From the Payment Accounts tab, select the Add Bank Account button

         

        Enter in the bank account information and select the Save button

         

        The bank account added will now show as an available payment account.

        NOTE: Auto payment has not been set up yet.

        To set up the auto payment select the Auto-Pay Setup tab.

         

        From the Auto-pay Setup menu, select the drop down for Payment Account and choose the bank account previously added.

         

        Define the length of time you would like the Auto-Pay to run by entering a Start Date and End Date.

         

        Under Pay on Day, select the drop down and choose which day of the month you would like the Auto-Pay to run.

         

        Define the maximum amount of funds to be withdrawn from your payment account by entering an amount in the Max Pay Account field. Once all fields are selected, click the Next button.

         

        To complete the Auto-Pay setup, confirm you have read & accept the Terms and Conditions and select the Set Up Auto-Pay button.

         

        Once complete, a confirmation message will appear and a confirmation email will be sent to the E-mail address on your account.
